Each presentation is allocated 20 minutes time slots, including 17 minutes presentation, 2-3 minutes for questions and answers. To ensure smooth turnaround of speakers, we will use a dedicated computer for all presentations, and ask the speakers to consider the following instructions:

• Bring your presentation on a memory stick and upload it to the dedicated computer well before your presentation. A volunteer will be available in the mornings and in the lunch breaks to assist you.
• Be in the room 10 minutes before your session starts, and introduce yourself to the session chair.
• Keep the time allocated for your talk.

Please remember that IEEE has a no-show policy. We are expected to report no-show authors to IEEE and consequences can be exclusions of your paper from IEEE Xplore up to authors being put on the blocked-authors list in severe cases.
