Registration and payment for WMNC 2018 is available here.

 

Please be aware that in order for a paper to appear in the conference proceedings, authors must register by July 9, 2018. Moreover, for each accepted paper, one non-refundable conference full registration is required (i.e., if an author has two accepted papers in WMNC 2018, then two conference full registrations are required in order for both papers to appear in the proceedings).

Students that want to present a paper have to do a conference full registration (member/non-member).

Full registration fee (member/non member) includes presentation of max. one paper, copy of conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, entrance to all technical sessions, and social event.

Student registration fee include a copy of conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, and entrance to all technical sessions. A valid student ID-card has to be provided along with the registration.

Payment

Payments should be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa). If a credit card payment is by no means possible, we will offer bank transfer as an alternative for payment (please email us to support@wmnc2018.comtel.cz). Be aware that registrations without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.

 

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to support@wmnc2018.comtel.cz and received by Friday, 20 August 2018. There will be 100 EUR administrative fee deducted from each refund. No refunds will be provided after this date.

The Conference Organizers cannot be held responsible for registration cancellations if a Visa application is denied. Also in this case the cancellation fees will be applied.
